      Superior to the pointed probes

      I didn't notice how careful one needed to be with the angle of needle probes when probing IC and SMD chip pins until I used these. If these fit they are superior since they are much less finicky about angle of approach and about steady hold. They won't slip even if you angle the probe around 90 degrees or even more on the contact point. These are small enough they will easily probe down to 0603 and TSSOP. Haven't tried them on anything smaller.
