Fine Mess You Got Me In
I've been into electronics as a serious hobby for some 40+ years, and thought I'd seen it all when it comes to the humble test lead. Well, based on the reviews I'd read on ProbeMaster 8000 Series leads, I fully expected them to be very good, if not great. They're neither. They're far more than that; magnificently, outrageously over-the-top in quality! I'm absolutely blown away. The banana plugs actually fit snugly like they should, and are terminated into the finest quality, ultra-flexible silicone insulated cables that have zero coil set or memory. The probes are soft, comfortable and feel very nice in your hands, and have the best strain reliefs I've ever seen on anything. Their tips are scary sharp, and the #8-32 threaded shank means all your equally awesome ProbeMaster accessories will fit securely and continue to do so indefinitely, unlike spring-tension/friction fit accessories that always get looser with time and use. The gold plating means the tiniest contact with the item under test renders an immediate meter reading, unlike "normal" leads that usually require at least *some* pressure to conduct. They're also made in the USA, and cost waaaay less than the "hi-end" brands I used to think were the best! But, it's not all sunshine and roses. You've created a big problem for me, ProbeMaster, and got me in a huge mess. I now despise all my existing leads that I used to be perfectly happy with, and must now replace with ProbeMaster. That's several types of handheld and bench meters, function generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies and so on. How will I explain this to my wife when an entire truckload of ProbeMaster leads shows up? I hate you. You've turned me into a "test lead snob" and got me addicted to your stellar products. Thanks a lot.

Simply perfect
Bought a couple sets a few years ago and now reordered for all my meters. Much better than OEM leads provided by the top test equipment manufacturers. Price is great with quality that I haven't found anywhere else. They make wonderful gifts that will be highly appreciated by any EE/tech. A very helpful and attentive lady at sales contacted me immediately after ordering when she noted one accessory I purchased was not compatible with the test leads and we verified the order without any delay. Same day shipping and fast delivery. Probemaster is now my 'go to' vendor for leads and probes.

8000 probes
I like these probes. Significantly less expensive than comparable fluke leads. I like the screw-on alligator clips I bought separately. These work well with my meters and power supply.

Quality multimeter probes!
I have used various companies probes in both my personal and work life for many years, and I 'thought' that Pomona branded probes were the best, and therefore those are the ones I used for the longest time. This was until a friend of mine gifted me a set of Probe Master 8000 multimeter probes, which I absolutely loved and I became an instant Probe Master convert. I recently misplaced my meter that had the Probe Master probes attached, so I took that as an opportunity to buy another set, which I bought according to my preference with regard to the banana jack side and I love this new set even more. Probe Master makes great quality tools and from what I have been able to tell of their customer service, if I ever had an issue they would be prompt to respond and remedy the situation. They have won me as a lifelong customer!

Best Probes for the Price
These probes rival Pomoma/Fluke leads at a fraction of the cost. The fact you can get a set of professional test leads under $20 shipped is amazing. Plus these are made in the USA. Simply an unbelievable value for a set of test leads that will change the way you think of test leads. The tips are ultra sharp, so when you place the probe lead it "digs" in to the metal and stays put. I checked the resistance of the leads with my Fluke 87V amd 187 and achieved a reading of a 1/10th of an ohm. Most test leads give you a .5 to 1 ohm. I attribute this to the gold plated probe tips. Buy these and you won't be disjointed, and you will probably buy more than one set.
