A Useful accessory
The tip insulator is useful to prevent inadvertently causing shorts while probing tight areas. It's takes e fair amount of torque to thread it on. It requires finger strength. It would be helpful if the outer surface were textured rather than smooth. Perhaps there could besome longitudinal ridges or a polygonal cross section. ..

Useful as a spare
The Probemaster probes this fits with are quite sharp. These provide added insulation over what is a usefully long conductor part but must be removed for some operations that require that extra metal or for the excellent accessory line which threads onto their probes. Removed, they are not hard to lose and so I recommend a few spares. They also can become cross threaded and functional but loose due to wear in the plastic. That's the reason for a 4 and also why I think they should be purchased.
